Beginsel:
Neutrofiel-leukocyten alkalische fosfatase is gebaseerd op het principe van diazotizatie-couplage bij pH 9,2 tot 9.8, Alkaline Phosphatase hydrolyseert Naphthol AS-BI Fosforzuur tot α-naphthol. Het stabiele diazoniumzout en naphthol vormen in het cytoplasma onoplosbaar gekleurd neerslag.

Metoden:
Werkoplossing Voorbereiding (alleen voor 1 test)
Verplichte apparatuur:een eenmalig buisje, micropipet, eenmalige puntjes, druppel;
Instructies:Meng 25μl oplossing B met 25μl C; wacht 2 minuten.
Verwachte resultaten:
NAP-positieve korrels zijn blauw.
